Introduction
PRINCE2 (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology designed to ensure that a project meets its objectives, within constraints and delivers stated benefits.
This course is primarily aimed at staff in a junior team manager or project support and assurance role in a PRINCE2 environment who require a formal qualification in the project management method.

To provide delegates with knowledge of PRINCE2 and to prepare them for the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate examination.

Exam
The examination scheme is administered by APM Group Ltd. The Foundation examination is a one-hour, 75 questions, multi-choice paper.
Pre-requisites
Delegates should have an understanding of how a project is managed, and experience of working in a project environment.
Courses are delivered by an accreditted Prince2 Trainer.
